A kiss, an ordinary moment made extraordinary
Homemade Pelargonium Graveolens Liqueur
This homemade Pelargonium graveolens liqueur, also known as rose geranium liqueur, captures the delicate floral aroma of fresh geranium leaves in a sweet and fragrant drink. With just a few simple ingredients, you can create a unique liqueur full of Mediterranean charm and natural elegance.
The result is a smooth, aromatic spirit with subtle herbal notes — perfect for enjoying after a meal, mixing into cocktails, or offering as a thoughtful homemade gift.
Ingredients
6 cups of pure pomegranate. Pomegranate spores
4 cups of vodka
2 cups of cognac
2 cups of sugar
1 cinnamon stick
Method
In a jar we put all the ingredients, close it well, and leave it in a shady place near the sun. Leave it for 30 days shaking at regular intervals to dissolve the sugar.
After 1 month it is ready.
We strain it using a tulle without squeezing the spores and thereby clouding the drink.
We put it in clean bottles and it is ready to enjoy with good company.
