Ingredients for the Dough
- 400 g flour
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 300–350 g lukewarm water
- A pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, yeast, and olive oil. Make a well in the center and gradually add water while kneading. Continue kneading until the dough becomes soft and non-sticky. Let it rest and rise.
Ingredients for the Topping
- 3–4 tablespoons homemade tomato sauce or ketchup
- 1 tablespoon olive paste
- Melting cheese (as much as you like)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into rings
- 5 slices of bacon, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for greasing the tray
Preparation for the Topping
Grease a baking tray with olive oil. Once the dough has risen, spread it evenly in the tray.
Top with the tomato sauce, olive paste, cheese, bell pepper slices, and bacon. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 170–180°C (340–355°F) for 15–20 minutes.
After the first 10 minutes of baking, remove the pizza from the oven, crack the eggs on top, and return it to the oven to finish baking.
