  • 2–3 tablespoons butter (for greasing the tray)

Instructions

Butter a baking tray generously and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs, ensuring they coat the entire surface.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yogurt, eggs, and crumbled feta cheese. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are well combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared tray and sprinkle sesame seeds generously over the top to cover the surface.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (355°F) for 40–45 minutes, or until golden and set, depending on your oven.
