Ingredients for the Dough

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet dry yeast
  • 300–350 g lukewarm water
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Ingredients for the Toppings

  • Tomato sauce or ketchup
  • Bell peppers
  • Mushrooms
  • Sausages
  • Bacon
  • Melting cheeses (your choice)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough:
    Place the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center. Add the olive oil, salt, lukewarm water, and yeast into the well. Knead everything together until a soft dough forms. Let the dough rest and rise for about 30 minutes.
  2. Shape the Dough:
    Lightly grease a baking tray with olive oil. Spread the dough evenly across the tray using your hands.
  3. Add the Toppings:
    Spread a layer of tomato sauce or ketchup over the dough. Add your favorite toppings, such as melting cheeses, mushrooms, bell peppers, sausages, bacon, or anything else you desire.
  4. Bake:
    Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and bake the pizza for about 20–25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
