Ingredients for the Dough

  • 400 g flour
  • 1 packet dry yeast
  • 300–350 ml lukewarm water
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Ingredients for the Topping

  • Ketchup or homemade tomato sauce
  • Olive paste
  • Melting cheese
  • Air-dried salami slices
  • Bacon slices

Instructions

In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, yeast, and olive oil. Make a well in the center and gradually add the water while kneading until the dough becomes soft and non-sticky. Let the dough rest and rise.

Once ready, spread the dough evenly onto a baking tray. Layer the toppings in the following order: tomato sauce, olive paste, cheese, salami slices, and bacon.

Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 170–180°C (340–355°F) for 15–20 minutes, depending on your oven, until the crust is crisp and the toppings are golden.
