Ingredients

Instructions

    Pour in the sugar and vodka, then seal the jar tightly.
  3. Infuse for Two Weeks:
    Store the jar in a cool, shaded area for 2 weeks, shaking it frequently to help the sugar dissolve.
  4. Strain and Adjust:
    After 2 weeks, strain the mixture through a fine sieve into a bowl. Taste the liqueur and adjust by adding a bit more sugar or vodka if desired, depending on how you prefer it.
  5. Bottle It:
    Transfer your mango liqueur into thoroughly sterilized glass bottles, seal them well, and store in a cool place.
