- 500 g unsalted roasted peanuts
- 200 g sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Small paper cups
Instructions
- Place the peanuts in a blender and grind them until they’re mostly powdered, but still retain some small chunks. Transfer them to a bowl and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate and olive oil together in a bain-marie (double boiler) until smooth.
- Remove from the heat, add the sweetened condensed milk, and stir well until fully combined.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the bowl with the crushed peanuts. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is well blended and uniform in consistency.
- Take small, bite-sized portions of the mixture, shape them into balls, and place each one into a paper cup.
