Ingredients
- 4 chicken portions, any cut
- 10 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 small carton of cream
- 50g water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions
- In a pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes, then add the chicken and sauté everything together for another 2 minutes.
- Add the water, cover the pot, and let it simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
- Next, add the broccoli, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and a little more water if needed. Cover the pot and let it cook for another 10 minutes, until the broccoli is slightly tender.
- Finally, add the cream, and continue cooking uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the liquid reaches the desired thickness.
