Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast, sliced thinly
  • 100g flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken well and place it in a colander to drain.
  2. In one bowl, beat the eggs with a little salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour with a little salt.
  4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge each slice first in the flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally again in the flour.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the schnitzels on both sides until they turn a nice golden color.
  6. Alternatively, you can use the same breading process and bake the schnitzels in the oven at 190-200°C (375-390°F) for about 25-30 minutes until golden on both sides.
