Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast, sliced thinly
- 100g flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Wash the chicken well and place it in a colander to drain.
- In one bowl, beat the eggs with a little salt.
- In another bowl, mix the flour with a little salt.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge each slice first in the flour, then in the beaten egg, and finally again in the flour.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the schnitzels on both sides until they turn a nice golden color.
- Alternatively, you can use the same breading process and bake the schnitzels in the oven at 190-200°C (375-390°F) for about 25-30 minutes until golden on both sides.
