Ingredients
- 2 kg lamb chops
- 500g mushrooms
- Salt
- Oregano
- Olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, place the lamb chops and mushrooms, sprinkle with salt and oregano, and mix well. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the lamb chops first.
- Fry the lamb chops on both sides until they are tender and browned.
- Using the same oil, add the mushrooms to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve hot.
