Ingredients

  • 2 kg lamb chops
  • 500g mushrooms
  • Salt
  • Oregano
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, place the lamb chops and mushrooms, sprinkle with salt and oregano, and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the lamb chops first.
  3. Fry the lamb chops on both sides until they are tender and browned.
  4. Using the same oil, add the mushrooms to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
