Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- Salt for boiling the chicken
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 4-5 slices of turkey ham, cut into pieces
- 1 hard-boiled egg, diced
- 100 g kasseri cheese (or any cheese of your choice), cut into cubes
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 2-3 tablespoons ketchup or mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 lettuce leaves, chopped
- Finely chopped parsley
- Pepper
Instructions
- Place the chicken breast in a pot, add salt, and cover with water.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 35-40 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Meanwhile, prepare all the other ingredients by chopping them and placing them in a salad bowl.
- Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.
- Shred the chicken into small pieces by hand and add them to the salad bowl.
- Finally, add the mayonnaise and mix everything well until the ingredients are fully combined.
