Ingredients

  • 2 large beef steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 sprig of rosemary, finely chopped
  • A few arugula leaves, finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Marinade Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rosemary, garlic, arugula leaves, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and place them in the bowl with the marinade. Toss the steaks to ensure they are fully coated with the marinade.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse into the meat.
  4. Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature.
  5. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then place them on the grill. Cook for about 8-10 minutes on each side, depending on your preferred level of doneness.
