Ingredients
- 2 large beef steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 sprig of rosemary, finely chopped
- A few arugula leaves, finely chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
Marinade Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rosemary, garlic, arugula leaves, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pat the steaks dry with paper towels and place them in the bowl with the marinade. Toss the steaks to ensure they are fully coated with the marinade.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse into the meat.
- Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then place them on the grill. Cook for about 8-10 minutes on each side, depending on your preferred level of doneness.
