Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 300g finely chopped cabbage
  • 2 onions, grated in a blender
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 150g melting cheese (grated)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef with the finely chopped cabbage, grated onions, and garlic.
  2. Add the eggs, salt, pepper, and one tablespoon of olive oil. Mix everything well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties and place them in a greased baking pan.
  4. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180-190°C (355-375°F).
  5. After 40 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the grated cheese over the patties, covering them completely.
  6. Return the pan to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.
