Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 300g finely chopped cabbage
- 2 onions, grated in a blender
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- 150g melting cheese (grated)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef with the finely chopped cabbage, grated onions, and garlic.
- Add the eggs, salt, pepper, and one tablespoon of olive oil. Mix everything well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into patties and place them in a greased baking pan.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180-190°C (355-375°F).
- After 40 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the grated cheese over the patties, covering them completely.
- Return the pan to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.
