Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken livers
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chicken livers well, place them in a colander to drain, and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Once they are well-drained, add pepper and oregano. Sprinkle with flour and mix well to ensure they are coated evenly.
  3. Spread the livers in a baking pan and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180°C (340-355°F) for approximately 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
