- 1 kg chicken livers
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Rinse the chicken livers well, place them in a colander to drain, and sprinkle with salt.
- Once they are well-drained, add pepper and oregano. Sprinkle with flour and mix well to ensure they are coated evenly.
- Spread the livers in a baking pan and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180°C (340-355°F) for approximately 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
