Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 500 g pleurotus mushrooms
- 2-3 tablespoons mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- Oregano
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 50 g water
- 4-5 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Clean the chicken wings if they have any remaining feathers, wash them thoroughly, and let them drain in a colander.
- Separate the mushrooms into small florets and place them in a baking dish.
- Once the wings are drained, add them to the baking dish with the mushrooms.
- In a bowl, mix together the mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, garlic, water, and olive oil.
- Pour this mixture over the chicken wings and mushrooms, making sure everything is well coated.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190°C (355-375°F) for about 40-45 minutes, depending on your oven.
