Ingredients

  • Breast of 1 chicken
  • 1 sausage
  • 3 medium potatoes, cut into pieces
  • 2 zucchini, cut into pieces
  • 2 carrots, cut into pieces
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Instructions for the Chicken

  1. Slice the chicken breast, place on a plate, season with salt, and coat well with flour.
  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the chicken slices. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
  3. Fry the sausage briefly until it gains color.

Instructions for the Potatoes

  1. In a pot, add the potatoes, zucchini, carrots, and onion. Cover with water, add salt, and let boil over medium heat for about 25-30 minutes.
  2. Once cooked, transfer the vegetables to a platter and drizzle with olive oil while still hot to allow them to absorb the oil, enhancing their flavor.
