Ingredients
- Breast of 1 chicken
- 1 sausage
- 3 medium potatoes, cut into pieces
- 2 zucchini, cut into pieces
- 2 carrots, cut into pieces
- 1 onion, sliced
- Flour
- Salt
- Olive oil
Instructions for the Chicken
- Slice the chicken breast, place on a plate, season with salt, and coat well with flour.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the chicken slices. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
- Fry the sausage briefly until it gains color.
Instructions for the Potatoes
- In a pot, add the potatoes, zucchini, carrots, and onion. Cover with water, add salt, and let boil over medium heat for about 25-30 minutes.
- Once cooked, transfer the vegetables to a platter and drizzle with olive oil while still hot to allow them to absorb the oil, enhancing their flavor.
