Ingredients:

  • 8 green lettuce leaves
  • 1 red curly lettuce
  • 1 fresh spring onion
  • 1/2 bunch dill
  • Feta cheese
  • Kasseri cheese
  • Olives
  • Salt
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Herbs and Greens:
    Wash the spring onion and dill thoroughly, then let them drain.
  2. Clean the Lettuce:
    Separate the lettuce leaves one by one and place them in a bowl filled with water and a little vinegar. Let them sit for 5 minutes to remove any potential insects. Wash the lettuce thoroughly again and let it drain completely.
  3. Assemble the Salad:
