Golden seafood sea bream feast

Ingredients
- 2 sea breams
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano or dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Rice
- 2 small coffee cups of brown rice
- 6 small coffee cups of water
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
- Salt
Instructions for the Sea Bream
- Clean the sea bream by removing scales and gutting, then place in a colander to drain.
- Rub the outside of each fish with olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano or rosemary, ensuring a bit is also added to the inside for extra flavor.
- Place the fish in a preheated oven at 180-190°C (350-375°F) and bake for 30-35 minutes until the fish takes on a golden color.
Instructions for the Rice
- In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil (or butter) and sauté the onion and rice for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the water and salt, then stir. Let it cook for about 20 minutes, adding a bit more water if needed.
