Ingredients for the Dough

  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 300 g water
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions for the Dough

In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Gradually add the water, kneading until you form a soft dough that doesn’t stick to your hands. If needed, add a little more flour. Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Divide the dough into 7 pieces, roll each piece into a thin pita, and place them on the baking sheet. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and gently press them to adhere. Bake in a preheated oven at 190-200°C (375-400°F) for about 15 minutes, depending on your oven and how crispy you want them.

  • 1 small can of tuna in water, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 lettuce leaves, chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoons corn
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

In a bowl, break the tuna into small pieces with a fork. Add the chopped lettuce, mayonnaise, mustard, yogurt, parsley, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix everything well and let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Place the pitas on plates, spread the tuna mixture along the length of each pita, and roll them up.
