- 1 kg strawberry grapes
- 100 g sugar
- 200 g water

- Prepare the Grapes
Wash the grapes thoroughly and remove the stems. - Make the Syrup
In a saucepan, combine the water and sugar. Cook over medium heat and bring to a boil. Simmer the syrup for 10 minutes. - Cook the Grapes
Add the grape berries to the syrup. Place a plate on top to ensure all the grapes are submerged in the syrup. Cook for another 5-6 minutes and then turn off the heat. - Cool the Compote
Using a slotted spoon, transfer the grapes to a bowl and pour the syrup over them. Allow them to cool completely, then refrigerate. Serve chilled. - For Long-Term Storage
- Place the grapes and syrup in sterilized jars and seal them tightly.
- Line the bottom of a pot with a clean towel, arrange the jars upside down, and cover them with water.
- Boil the jars for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the jars, allow them to cool slightly, and tighten the lids. Store in a cool place or in the refrigerator.
