Ingredients

  • 4-5 medium potatoes
  • 500g ground meat
  • 4-5 tomatoes, sliced
  • 200g heavy cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • 50g water
  • Olive oil
  • Grated melting cheese

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, boil them whole, then slice them into rounds and arrange them in a baking dish. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and sauté the ground meat.
  3. Add the water, salt, pepper, and paprika, then cook until the liquid has completely evaporated.
  4. Spread the ground meat mixture over the potatoes, then pour the heavy cream on top.
  5. Layer the tomato slices over the meat and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
