Ingredients
- 4-5 medium potatoes
- 500g ground meat
- 4-5 tomatoes, sliced
- 200g heavy cream
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- 50g water
- Olive oil
- Grated melting cheese
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes, boil them whole, then slice them into rounds and arrange them in a baking dish. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and sauté the ground meat.
- Add the water, salt, pepper, and paprika, then cook until the liquid has completely evaporated.
- Spread the ground meat mixture over the potatoes, then pour the heavy cream on top.
- Layer the tomato slices over the meat and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
