- 2 mullet fish
- 300 g spinach, cut into medium pieces
- 300 g chard, cut into medium pieces
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 bunch of dill, chopped
- 2 potatoes, quartered

Instructions
- Line a baking tray with two large sheets of parchment paper and set it aside.
- Clean and rinse all vegetables thoroughly, then set them to drain on a paper towel.
- Clean the fish, place them on the parchment paper in the baking tray.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and potatoes until they begin to soften.
- Add the spinach and chard, stirring for 4-5 minutes until slightly wilted.
- Add the dill, salt, pepper, and paprika, and mix everything well before placing it in the baking tray with the fish.
- Fold the parchment paper around the fish and vegetables, sealing it well to create a packet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190°C (350-375°F) for 40-50 minutes, depending on your oven.
