Ingredients

  • 2 mullet fish
  • 300 g spinach, cut into medium pieces
  • 300 g chard, cut into medium pieces
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 bunch of dill, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, quartered
  • 1 sweet potato, quartered
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with two large sheets of parchment paper and set it aside.
  2. Clean and rinse all vegetables thoroughly, then set them to drain on a paper towel.
  3. Clean the fish, place them on the parchment paper in the baking tray.
  4. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and potatoes until they begin to soften.
  5. Add the spinach and chard, stirring for 4-5 minutes until slightly wilted.
  6. Add the dill, salt, pepper, and paprika, and mix everything well before placing it in the baking tray with the fish.
  7. Fold the parchment paper around the fish and vegetables, sealing it well to create a packet.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190°C (350-375°F) for 40-50 minutes, depending on your oven.
