- 1 rabbit, cut into portions
- 3-4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 200 g chicken broth or water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano

Instructions
- In a pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the rabbit pieces on both sides until they are nicely browned.
- Add the onion and garlic, and continue sautéing for 1-2 minutes, being careful not to burn the garlic to avoid bitterness.
- Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oregano, and sauté everything together for another 2 minutes.
- Finally, add the broth or water, reduce the heat, and simmer until the rabbit is tender.
- Carefully turn the rabbit pieces occasionally to avoid breaking them, and add a little more water if necessary.
