Ingredients

  • 500g lasagna
  • 2 sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 3 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil (for the lasagna)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (for the sauce)
  • A bit of parsley or basil
  • 3 tablespoons mustard
  • 60g water
  • Salt
  • Pepper

For the Lasagna

  1. Boil the lasagna in salted, boiling water for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Drain the lasagna and return them to the pot.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Pour the hot olive oil over the lasagna and toss gently to coat evenly.

For the Sauce

  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the onion, garlic, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes until softened.
  3. Add the water, salt, and mustard, and mix well.
  4. Let the sauce simmer over medium heat until it thickens.
  5. Five minutes before turning off the heat, add the parsley or basil and pepper for a fresh aroma.

To Serve

Layer the lasagna on a serving dish, pour the mustard sauce over them, and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately for a flavorful twist on a classic dish.
