Ingredients
- 500g lasagna
- 2-3 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 pepper, finely chopped
- A handful of parsley or basil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (for the lasagna)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (for the sauce)
- 60g white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
For the Lasagna
- Fill a pot with water, add salt, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add the lasagna and boil for about 20 minutes, or to your desired doneness.
- Drain the lasagna and return them to the pot.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and pour it over the lasagna, tossing gently to coat.
For the Sauce
- Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Sauté the onion, garlic, and pepper until softened. Deglaze with the white wine.
- Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley or basil.
- Stir everything together and simmer until the sauce thickens. If needed, add a little water to adjust the consistency.
To Serve
Layer the lasagna on a plate and generously spoon the white wine sauce over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley or basil for a vibrant touch.
