Ingredients

  • 500 g green beans
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Clean the green beans and peel the potatoes.
  2. Rinse the vegetables thoroughly, cut the potatoes into quarters, and place them in a strainer to drain.
  3. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add salt and then the green beans.
  4. Boil the beans until they reach your desired level of tenderness.
  5. Once done, remove the beans with tongs and place them in a strainer to drain.
  6. In the same water, boil the potatoes until they are soft.
  7. Transfer the beans and potatoes to a salad bowl.
  8. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, and minced garlic. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
