In a small saucepan, heat the water and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Bring it to a gentle boil, stir, then remove from heat and let it cool completely. - Combine and Bottle:
Add the cooled sugar syrup to the strained apple mixture and stir well. Transfer the finished liqueur into sterilized glass bottles. - Resting Period:
Let the liqueur rest for an additional 2 weeks before tasting, allowing it to mature and fully harmonize.
