
Ingredients
- 1 medium chicken, cut into portions
- 200g ditalini pasta
- 350ml water
- 3 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Olive oil
- Grated cheese for serving
Instructions
- In a pot, heat the olive oil and sauté the chicken until browned. Remove the chicken and set it aside in a bowl.
- In the same oil, sauté the onion and garlic. Add the paprika and tomatoes, and cook everything together for 2-3 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the pot, add the water and salt, and let it simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
- Add the ditalini pasta and cook until the sauce thickens, adding a bit more water if needed.
- Ten minutes before turning off the heat, add the pepper, or sprinkle it on your plate when serving along with grated cheese.
