Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken livers
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Potatoes for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken livers thoroughly and place them in a colander to drain well.
  2. Once drained, place the livers on a plate, season with salt, and coat with flour.
  3. In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the livers and fry them on both sides until they turn golden brown.

For the Potatoes:

  1. Peel the potatoes and fry them in hot oil until they turn golden.
  2. Serve the chicken livers and fried potatoes hot.
