Ingredients for the Pasta

  • 400 g pasta
  • Salt
  • Plenty of water
  • Olive oil

Cooking the Pasta

  1. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil over high heat.
  2. Once the water is boiling, add the pasta, stir, and cook for about 15-20 minutes until it reaches your desired tenderness.
  3. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
  4. In a skillet, heat 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil, then pour it over the pasta and mix well.

  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 3 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • Oregano
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparing the Sauce

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  2. Add the tomatoes, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika, and water.
  3. Simmer everything together for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and set aside.

  • 200 g flour

  • 1 Florina pepper, finely chopped

  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt

  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • Olive oil for frying

Preparing the Cauliflower Patties

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets, wash them, and boil them well in salted water.

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the patties for 2 minutes on each side.
  2. Place the fried patties on paper towels to drain any excess oil.
  3. Transfer the patties to the prepared sauce and simmer everything together for an additional 10 minutes until the sauce thickens. If needed, add a little water.
