Ingredients
For the Patties
- 150 g ground beef
- Salt
- Pepper
For the Burger
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 boiled egg
- 4–5 fried onion slices
For the Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Pinch of pepper
Instructions for the Patty
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Shape the beef into a patty and fry it in hot olive oil. Press it with a spatula to flatten while cooking, allowing it to brown on both sides.
For the Burger Assembly
- Boil the egg, peel it, slice it into rounds, and set aside.
- Lightly fry the onion slices, and then cook the bacon until crispy.

- 140 g lukewarm water
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packet dry yeast
- Pinch of salt

Instructions for the Buns
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix lukewarm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Add olive oil and the egg, stirring until combined.
- Gradually add salt and flour, kneading until a smooth, non-sticky dough forms. Add more flour if needed.
- Divide the dough into four equal portions, shape into buns, and place them on the tray. Cover with a towel and let rise for 15 minutes.
- Brush the buns with egg yolk mixed with milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake in a preheated oven at 190-200°C (375-390°F) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
