Ingredients
For the Patties
- 150 g ground beef
- Salt
- Pepper
For the Burger
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 4–5 fried onion slices
For the Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- A pinch of pepper
Instructions for the Patty
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Shape the beef into a patty and fry it in hot olive oil. Press the patty with a spatula while cooking to flatten it, allowing it to brown on both sides.
For the Burger
- Fry the egg sunny-side up and set it aside.
- Lightly fry the onion slices, then cook the bacon until crispy.
- Slice the burger bun in half. On the bottom half, place the lettuce, then the patty, fried egg, bacon, fried onion, and mayonnaise. Close the burger with the top bun.
For the Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, balsamic vinegar, and pepper until well combined.

- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 140 g lukewarm water
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packet dry yeast
- A pinch of salt
For Garnish
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions for the Buns
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix lukewarm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Add olive oil and the egg, stirring to combine.
- Gradually add salt and flour, kneading until a smooth, non-sticky dough forms. Add more flour if necessary.
- Divide the dough into four equal portions, shape into buns, and place them on the tray. Cover with a towel and let rise for 15 minutes.
- Brush the buns with egg yolk mixed with milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake in a preheated oven at 190-200°C (375-390°F) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
