Ingredients
- 4 pieces of salmon
- 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 50 ml water
- Salt

- Sweet paprika
- 1 bunch dill, finely chopped

Preparation
- Wash the tomatoes, bell pepper, carrot, and dill thoroughly, then chop them and place them in a baking dish. Clean and slice the onion and garlic, adding them to the dish as well.
- Add the water, salt, pepper, paprika, and olive oil. Mix everything well and let the mixture sit for 1 hour to allow the vegetables to release their aromas.
- After 1 hour, add the salmon to the baking dish and gently mix it with the vegetables and seasoning.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (374°F) for 35-40 minutes, adjusting the time as needed based on your oven.
