Ingredients for the Fish

  • 1 kg cod
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Preparation for the Fish

  1. Clean the fish thoroughly, rinse well, and place it in a baking dish.
  2. Season the fish with salt and pepper, then add the tomato, onion, garlic, dill, and a drizzle of olive oil. The tomato will release some liquid as it cooks, but if additional moisture is desired, add 50 ml of water.
  3. Bake at 170-190°C (338-374°F) for about 30-40 minutes, adjusting based on your oven.

For the Broccoli

  1. Wash the broccoli thoroughly, place it in a pot, and cover it with water.
  2. Add salt and simmer over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, being careful not to overcook to retain its nutrients.
