Ingredients
- 1 medium mullet, cut into 2-3 pieces
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped or whole
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 200 ml water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- Oregano
- Olive oil
Preparation
- Clean the fish thoroughly, rinse it well, cut it into pieces, and place it in a baking dish.
- Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks, adding them to the baking dish with the fish.
- Add the onion, garlic, bay leaves, parsley, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, olive oil, and water. Mix everything well to combine all the flavors.
- Bake at 180-190°C (356-374°F) for 45-50 minutes. Add more water during baking if needed.
