Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna in oil
- 300 g cooked orzo
- 3 colorful bell peppers, finely chopped
- 80 g grated graviera cheese (or similar hard cheese)
- 50 g crumbled feta cheese
- ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped
- ½ bunch dill, finely chopped
- Juice of half a lemon
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Tuna and Orzo:
Open the tuna cans, drain the oil into a mixing bowl, and set the tuna aside. Cook the orzo in salted water for 8 minutes, then drain. - Combine the Ingredients:
In the bowl with the tuna oil, add the chopped bell peppers, grated cheeses, cooked orzo, chopped parsley, dill, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. - Mix and Serve:
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Serve the salad with the tuna placed on top as a garnish.
