Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna in oil
  • 300 g cooked orzo
  • 3 colorful bell peppers, finely chopped
  • 80 g grated graviera cheese (or similar hard cheese)
  • 50 g crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • ½ bunch dill, finely chopped
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tuna and Orzo:
    Open the tuna cans, drain the oil into a mixing bowl, and set the tuna aside. Cook the orzo in salted water for 8 minutes, then drain.
  2. Combine the Ingredients:
    In the bowl with the tuna oil, add the chopped bell peppers, grated cheeses, cooked orzo, chopped parsley, dill, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix and Serve:
    Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Serve the salad with the tuna placed on top as a garnish.
