For the Chicken
Ingredients:
- 180g chicken
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- Oregano
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- Wash and thoroughly clean the chicken. Place it in a baking pan.
- Add all the ingredients to the pan, pour in a wine glass of water, and mix everything well.
- Roast in the oven at 180-190°C (355-375°F) for 45-50 minutes. Turn the chicken on both sides to achieve a nice color.
- If needed, add a bit more water to create a sauce for the rice.
For the Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 small coffee cup of brown rice
- 4-5 small coffee cups of vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt
Instructions:
- In a small pot, heat the olive oil and lightly sauté the rice.
- Add the broth, season with salt, and cook over medium heat until the rice reaches your desired texture.
For the Salad
Ingredients:
- 6-8 lettuce leaves
- Finely chopped dill
- Salt
- Finely chopped green onion
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Lemon juice
Instructions:
- In a bowl, chop the lettuce, dill, and green onion.
- Add salt, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix all ingredients well to combine.
