Ingredients
- 2 pork chops
- 4 potatoes, quartered
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 100 g water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into quarters, and place them in a baking dish.
- Rinse the pork chops and add them to the dish with the potatoes.
- Pour the remaining ingredients—mustard, salt, pepper, oregano, and olive oil—over the potatoes and pork. Mix everything well to coat evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180–190°C (350–375°F) for about 45–50 minutes.
- Turn the pork chops halfway through to brown both sides. Add a little water if needed to prevent drying out.
