- Peppers (as desired)
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a bowl, finely chop the onion, garlic, and parsley. Add the ground beef, salt, pepper, olive oil, egg, mustard, and bread. Mix everything well and let the mixture rest for about 30 minutes.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, then fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
- In the same hot oil, fry the potatoes until crispy and the peppers for 1-2 minutes per side, covering the pan to prevent oil splatters.
