Ingredients

  • 1 kg seedless grapes
  • 250 g sugar
  • Juice from half a lemon

Instructions

Wash the grapes thoroughly and remove them from the stems. Place the grapes in a large bowl.

Using an immersion blender, carefully mash the grapes to extract the juice. Strain the juice into a pot.

Add the sugar and lemon juice to the pot, and simmer over medium heat for 15–20 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

The syrup should remain fluid, perfect for drizzling over pancakes, toast, ice cream, or any treat you enjoy with a touch of sweetness.
