Ingredients

  • 500 g grape must (unfermented grape juice)
  • 30 g flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Walnuts or almonds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base:
    • Pour half of the grape must into a saucepan and heat it gently.
  2. Mix the Thickener:
    • In the remaining grape must, dissolve the flour and cornstarch, ensuring there are no lumps.
  3. Combine and Cook:
    • Add the flour-cornstarch mixture to the saucepan with the warmed grape must. Stir continuously over medium heat until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
  4. Add Nuts:
    • Once thickened, stir in chopped walnuts or almonds for added texture and flavor.
  5. Portion and Cool:
    • Transfer the mixture into small bowls or ramekins. Allow it to cool at room temperature.
