- 500g shrimp
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into rings
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced into rings
- 3 ripe tomatoes, finely chopped
- 4-5 mushrooms, sliced
- 50ml water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- 1 bunch parsley or basil, finely chopped

Shrimp Preparation
- In a pot, heat olive oil and sauté the onion, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
- Add the tomatoes, water, pepper, and paprika, and cook for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Finally, add the shrimp and chopped parsley, stirring well, and cook everything together for an additional 5 minutes.

- 250g long-grain rice
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 550ml water
- Salt
- Olive oil
Rice Preparation
- In a pot, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until soft.
- Add the rice, water, and salt, stirring well.
- Let it cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes until the rice is tender. If you prefer the rice softer, add a bit more water as needed.
