- 500 g zucchini
- 1 onion

Instructions
Wash the zucchinis, trim the ends, and grate them into a large bowl. Sprinkle with a little salt, mix, and let them sit for an hour. Afterward, squeeze the grated zucchini by hand to remove excess liquid and place it in a separate bowl.
Add the finely chopped onion, mint, parsley, eggs, feta cheese, salt, pepper, olive oil, and flour to the zucchini. Mix everything until well combined.
Grease a baking dish, including the sides, with butter. Pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 170–180°C (340–355°F) for about 45 minutes, or until the pie develops a beautiful golden-brown color.
