- 1 can of squid
- 100 g orzo

- Salt

- Open the can of squid, drain the liquid, and add the squid to the pot. Sauté together with the onion and tomatoes for 1 minute.
- Add the salt and water, and bring to a boil over high heat.
- When the water starts boiling, add the orzo, stir, and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent sticking, adding a little more water if needed.
- Once the orzo is cooked, turn off the heat and season with pepper and paprika.
