Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 200 g cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped, or mint
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 200 g melting cheese
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cheeses, mix well, and set aside.
- In another bowl, add the ground beef, onion, garlic, cabbage, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, and olive oil.
- Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
- Shape the mixture into patties, place them on a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 180-190°C (350-375°F) for about 40-45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, remove the patties from the oven and take off the foil.
- Place a heaping tablespoon of the cheese mixture on top of each patty.
- Return to the oven and bake uncovered for another 7-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
