Ingredients

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 200 g cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped, or mint
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 g melting cheese
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cheeses, mix well, and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, add the ground beef, onion, garlic, cabbage, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, and olive oil.
  3. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
  4. Shape the mixture into patties, place them on a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 180-190°C (350-375°F) for about 40-45 minutes.
  5. After 45 minutes, remove the patties from the oven and take off the foil.
  6. Place a heaping tablespoon of the cheese mixture on top of each patty.
  7. Return to the oven and bake uncovered for another 7-10 minutes until the cheese melts.
