Instructions for the mushrooms: Place the mushrooms, cut into pieces, on a baking tray and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything well to distribute the flavors. Place the prepared burgers among the mushrooms and drizzle the olive oil on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190°C (350-375°F) until the burgers are browned on both sides.
