Ingredients for the pork chop:

  • 1 pork chop
  • Salt
  • Oregano
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • Olive oil

Instructions for the pork chop:

  1. Wash the pork chop well, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Mix everything together and let it marinate for 2-3 hours.
  2. Heat a grill pan over high heat until it is very hot. Place the pork chop in the pan and grill for about 8-10 minutes on each side.

For the rice:

  • 250 g long-grain rice
  • 550 g water
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions for the rice:

  1. In a pot, heat the olive oil. Add the rice and grated carrot, and sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Then, add the water and salt. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes. If needed, add more water during cooking.
