Ingredients for the burgers:
- 500 g ground beef
- 4-5 slices of bread, soaked and squeezed
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Chopped parsley
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 1 egg
Instructions for the burgers: In a bowl, combine the ground beef, soaked bread, and the rest of the ingredients. Knead everything well to blend the ingredients together, and let the mixture sit for 1 hour. After that, shape the mixture into burgers and place them on a tray.
Ingredients for the mushrooms:
- 1 package of pleurotus mushrooms, cut into pieces
- 1-2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Juice of 1 lemon
- A little oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions for the mushrooms: Place the mushrooms, cut into pieces, on a baking tray and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything well to distribute the flavors. Place the prepared burgers among the mushrooms and drizzle the olive oil on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-190°C (350-375°F) until the burgers are browned on both sides.
