Tender seafood baked salmon delight

Salmon fillets baked with olive oil, garlic, herbs and a squeeze of lemon—seafood flavor shining through flaky, juicy flesh like sunshine over a tranquil sea.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of salmon
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 50 ml water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika
  • 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
  • Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Wash the tomatoes, bell pepper, carrot, and dill thoroughly, then chop them and place them in a baking dish. Clean and slice the onion and garlic, adding them to the dish as well.
  2. Add the water, salt, pepper, paprika, and olive oil. Mix everything well and let the mixture sit for 1 hour to allow the vegetables to release their aromas.
  3. After 1 hour, add the salmon to the baking dish and gently mix it with the vegetables and seasoning.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (374°F) for 35-40 minutes, adjusting the time as needed based on your oven.
